Sergey Ionkin
A seasoned expert in HR and psychology, S. Ionkin has spent years distilling Socionics theory through the lens of thousands of real-world typing sessions and discussion groups. His work moves past common stereotypes (like "rationals are planners") to uncover the core drivers of each type. Because his insights were often scattered across various platforms, this site serves to centralize and preserve his profound understanding of human nature and information metabolism.

Olga Mikhevnina
A child and family psychologist, Mikhevnina demonstrates the practical utility of Socionics in developmental psychology. Her work, specifically her book How to Raise a Child Without Complexes, provides first-hand accounts from representatives of different sociotypes. This allows us to move beyond theory and see the world through the actual eyes of each type.

Eugene Shepetko
A socionics type is a complex system where all parts are interconnected and influence each other. Shepetko’s work on functional blocks is essential for understanding how functions interact in pairs to create the specific "software" of the human mind.
