Alexey T. (SLI) about Health

Everything in the body should function “as it should”: teeth shouldn’t hurt, eyes should see. This mechanism of mine should work perfectly, and I’m responsible for it. If I want to live a long and happy life, I need to look after my health like a good owner. If you don’t want to end up hitchhiking on the side of the road because your car broke down—take care of your car!

Take care of everything... Uh-oh, there’s pain—something’s wrong...

You have to teach a child to listen to their body—they’ll figure out the causes of illness themselves. A child feels their body very subtly and can analyze their physical well-being with their mind. Stomachache? From what? Before or after eating? After what kind of food? Potatoes and meat don’t go well together. Rice and meat are good. Aha—then I’ll eat that. Then I started learning about food combining, reading articles, finding explanations... I can adapt my own body so that it functions normally.

If something hurts—that's a strong discomfort. I must fix it immediately, either by myself or with the help of a doctor. Who is a good doctor? Who will guide me?

If a child is in pain, you should say that everything will heal, and it won’t hurt anymore. There’s always anxiety when going to the hospital: what if it hurts there—how will I endure it?
