SEI and Comfortable Living Space

Every year, I rent an apartment for the entire summer in a small resort town. And every year, a good friend of mine comes to visit me while I'm on vacation. I remember her first visit. She didn’t like the bed I offered her in the next room. Leaving her to think it over, I went out for a while to take care of some things. When I returned, she was gone. I searched the whole apartment — empty. But I knew she must be asleep already. And then I found her on the balcony. She had stacked several mattresses on top of each other and made herself a soft little nest in the corner of the balcony. She’d hung a light, airy curtain over the window, opened the large window pane, and was sleeping on her cozy bed, gently cooled by the fresh breeze. Next to her bed stood a little vase with chocolate-covered marshmallows and a book — she’d been reading. In short, a perfect little nest. It must have been a hundred percent pleasure for her.
