Anna M. (SEI) about Physical Contact

It’s very important to hold such a child in your arms, to stroke their head, hug them, say kind words, kiss their cheeks, hold their hands, and embrace them.

I love close physical contact—not having someone sit far away, but sitting close, hugging, and talking. Circular energy exchanges really fill me up, so when having an open conversation, it’s better not to sit opposite each other but to lie down on the couch, hug, and make the other person feel comfortable and protected. A sense of security arises during close physical interactions.
