Nadezhda S. (1) (ILE) about rigid schedules
I also don’t like strict routines. At our previous job, it was really strict. A person had to arrive at a specific time every day. Every day you would come in and go to a special office where there was a logbook, a clock on the wall, and a girl sitting there. You would sign in, record the time you arrived in the logbook, and she would sign off for you. And when you left, you would sign out as well — it was a really strict system. If you were late, you would get scolded; if you stayed ten minutes longer for lunch, you would get scolded again — it was basically like the army. I really didn’t like it. It was just awful.
