There are fifty people in our company. Every day I walk through and talk to each of them, have a chat. That’s my job: I go around, sign orders. I love talking to people a lot — it saves me from a bad mood. When I stayed home, I was climbing the walls in frustration.

I can rally the team to carry out the boss’s task. He tells me, “Go gather everyone!” And I say, “Right away, no problem.” “Let’s all go take photos! Come on, come on, everyone, let’s take photos!” I gathered them all — that’s easy for me.
