'Prestige' Stimulus Group (Extroverted + Sensory + Farsighted)

The behavior of this group is driven by three core factors:

  1. Sensing: A focus on tangibility and concrete evidence; constant monitoring and control over the state of space and objects.

  2. Farsightedness: Preparing in advance for anticipated changes; systematic use of accumulated resources; reliance on past experience and proven, standard solutions.

  3. Extraversion: The ability to keep a vast number of objects within one's attention span and the drive to capture new territories.

This creates the primary motive for their activity: capturing and expanding their resource base. The vector is constant expansion—an insatiable appetite for claiming more and more space. It is as if they never have enough and always crave more. If they had one cow, they got two. If they had a small house, they built an addition. If they lived on one plot, they bought the neighbor's.

They have a vital need to be noticed, recognized, and respected. These are people who love being the center of the universe, commanding obedience and reverence.

It is important not to interpret "status" literally as just "villas and yachts." One can always find someone with more authority; the essence here lies in the striving.

Note: This motivation is not a conscious choice but a deep-seated narrative, the very "firmware" of their personality.
Incidentally, once status-seekers reach their desired level, they often settle down, and a need for stability takes over.

The Anti-Status Mindset: The attitude of "I’m fine as I am; I have enough." For example: "Why bother with an expensive suit when sweatpants are comfortable?" or "Why get a luxury car if the one I have drives just fine?"

Examples:

Attitude toward Hierarchy: Rejection of Equality

These types do not accept equality. It contradicts their nature. They possess an internal caste hierarchy, dividing the world into "higher and lower," "commanders and subordinates." Even if the Democratic ESE or SEE speak of universal equality, deep down they consider themselves the main characters.

How to Recognize Them: Speech and Actions

The need for significance "radiates" from their conversation.

Subscriber Story: "A wealthy older man hit on me once when I was young. I was working as a nurse, and he came to me for procedures. He didn't finish the course, just quit. It happens. I thought he was discharged. Suddenly, he walks into my office in a business suit, white shirt, and tie. (There was no doubt about his status; ordinary people didn't stay in our hospital). Usually, he arrived in sportswear. I gasped at the transformation. He told me he was in a rush and his car was waiting. He kissed my hand and asked for my phone number. But I noticed he didn't bring any chocolates, as patients often do... Anyway, I told him it wasn't going to happen. So he left with nothing, even though he tried to insist."

This example illustrates a clash of values. He thought status and coolness would be enough, but she needed the 'chocolates' (signs of attention).

Positive Manifestation: Dignity and Responsibility

When this need is realized healthily, we see very worthy people whom others want to emulate.

Negative Manifestation: Hubris and Tyranny

If the need for significance turns negative or goes unrecognized, the person breaks down. Pride turns into inadequate hubris ("I am a king, you are a pawn").

Gender Stereotypes and Relationships

A conflict often arises here between nature and upbringing, especially for female ESE and LSE. A status-oriented rational woman may hold very traditional, conservative views. She may believe: "A man must toil. Eat meat. Be a man."

Their demand is not for art or beauty, but for material resources: "Give me money, get grounded! Stop dreaming, go to work!"

Fortunately, the feminism and independence trend give the 'status' women permission to be themselves—strong, working professionals realizing their potential, rather than pretending to be "delicate housewife."

Summary: These are vibrant extroverts who cannot stay in the shadows. It is crucial for them to be in the public eye (if a career doesn't work out, they may become YouTubers). At their worst, they are tyrants and arrogant boasters; at their best, they are powerful leaders and reliable partners.
