Ethical Sensing Introtim (ESI, ISFj)

"People must behave with dignity."

How to Ignite Your EGO Block

Only through labor, persistence, diligence, and self-discipline will you be able to achieve your goals. Do not be modest! Striving for a high social level and a prominent position is perfectly normal. Potentially, your strongest qualities are exceptional patience, resilience, determination, and the ability to get what you want regardless of any difficulties or obstacles.

Have no doubt: everyone will receive their due in accordance with the effort they exert. Do not be afraid to want more! You are careerists in the best sense of the word, as you achieve your desires solely through your own strength, knowledge, and professionalism. It is no surprise that with such qualities, you can achieve remarkable success. The fact that you are almost always dissatisfied with your achievements and progress, constantly striving to make everything even better, is your personal key to success.

ESIs, know your worth! Learn to sell your professionalism and take what you have justly earned. Do not wait for social justice—demand it. Do not remain silent. Declare your desires! Fight for what you desire!

For a ESI to always have money, having a good job is not enough; you must also not be afraid of being wealthy. We often push away our own potential happiness, fearing change and shrinking from responsibility. Imagine yourself as a wealthy person. What do you feel? Do you feel good and comfortable? Or perhaps you feel the gaze of envious people and start to feel guilty that others live on a modest salary while you bask in luxury. Overcoming the fear of becoming rich is the first condition for ensuring you always have money. The second important condition: do not simply "want" to have a lot of money, as intense desires consume and exhaust the energy of what you seek, and in the end, you don't receive it. You should not "desire" it in an emotional sense, but rather understand the objective necessity of needing money.
