Ethical Sensing Extratim (ESE, ESFj)

"I'm coming to help you..."

How to Ignite Your EGO Block

Do everything that makes your life richer and more secure, and yourselves more useful to both yourselves and others. Look for opportunities to help people and to feel indispensable and needed. Engage in methodically bringing order to your life, from everyday household matters to setting clear tasks with deadlines and figures. Fight against chaos and uncertainty. It is beneficial to pursue hobbies related to beauty, design, and health or wellness.

Laughter, tears, shared experiences, merriment, optimism, and joy. Breathe in emotions and inspire others with your enthusiasm. You need to communicate more, talk, laugh, and enjoy life. Travel, celebrate, go on nature outings, and participate in or organize cultural and public events. Create an atmosphere of fun and hospitality. Providing care, offering treats, being the center of attention, entertaining everyone, and making people happy—this is what gives an ESE strength!

The ESE suffocates in a confined, unfriendly atmosphere where they are made to feel that their emotions are out of place. How often are you in the spotlight? How often do you go out into society at all? After all, people and social interaction are your natural battery!
